Catholic Schools Admissions Application - Archdiocese of New York

Thank you for your interest in a Catholic school education, where children of all faiths and beliefs are welcome.

To apply for Universal Pre-K/Pre-K for All:

• In New York City, visit https://www.schools.nyc.gov/enrollment/enroll-grade-by-grade/pre-k/
• Outside of New York City, contact the local school district where you reside or your Catholic school of choice for further information.

To apply now for Pre-K3, Pre-K4 or K-8 at a Catholic School in the Archdiocese of New York:

• Make a note of the email address and password you will use.
• Please be sure you have found your desired school. To find a school, click here.

Important Information for Families Applying to Multiple Schools

• Use Existing FACTS Account: If you already have a FACTS account for Tuition Management, Financial Aid, or Family Portal, please log in using those same credentials. To begin, click Create an Account. This will trigger an email inviting you to register with the school you’re applying to. Click the registration link in the email and enter your existing email address or username. The system will then give you the option to sign in to your existing FACTS account.
• Submit Individual Applications: Each school requires that parents complete a separate application.
• Independent Admissions Processes: Applications are managed separately by each school to ensure proper review.
• Avoid Missed Opportunities: Submitting an application to one school will not carry over to any other schools. Please submit a separate application for each school.
